Naya Gawana Resort

The Resort is located on the North-West corner of Bali Island. It is situated at the corner of the West Bali National Park, an idyllic and alluring natural setting for the Resort. It usually takes about 3.5 hours scenic drive from Bali International Airport Ngurah Rai to arrive at the Resort; driving through the famed Kuta, Legian, Seminyak/Kerobokan, and the rarely mentioned, but fascinating nevertheless, central Bali mountainous regions of Bedugul and Munduk, before arriving to Seririt, just 30 minutes or so from the Resort.

Menjangan Islands fascinating underwater realm can be equally discovered by scuba diving or just snorkeling. The Resort provides a professional dive center with facilities that include complete sets of scuba equipment, PADI and SSI-certified dive masters and instructors, as well as dive buddies.

Dive Overview

Diving is provided by rented local boats to all the well-known dive spots along the coast. The absolute highlightsare the spots around the island Menjangan. Beautiful drop offs, just about 30-45 minutes afar. A wonderful variety and superior macro-world can be admired here. At low current and crystal clear waters with a visibility up to 30m, also our house reef offers an incredible variety of corals and a very high species richness throughout the year. Here you may find frogfish, rare kinds of crabs, seahorses, and sometimes leaf fishes and mandarin fishes. The Secret Bay is an absolute must-see for macro-fans: frogfishes, ghost pipefishes, seahorses and even more will provide exceptional pictures and experiences under water!
